In 1983, amidst a growing concern about information leaks regarding the government discovery of the 'Ice Man' (otherwise known as Mega-Man), Sector Seven began a secret campaign dubbed "Hungry Dragon", working with Takara Inc, to produce toys, TV show and movies to attempt to hide (rather, disguise) the truth.

In 2007, Sector Seven began the 2nd counter-information compaign amidst the leaking of above top secret footage taken by the Mars Rover before it lost contact, which was never released to the public - footage of a figure that appeared to be a Transformer NBE on Mars (Bumblebee).
