Interoffice Memorandum SECTOR SEVEN

TO   : AGENT A. POWERS DATE: 03-02-2007

FROM : JOHN HO, TIGER TEAM 1

SUBJECT: GIG INFILTRATION PROGRAM

As per your request of March 1, 2007, we have hacked into the DoD's
Global Information Grid. The infiltration itself took less than 27 minutes, thanks to the
advanced routine we discovered in the Megaman's data storage devices. ("Hack-proof" my ass.)

The high-speed MILSATCOM system is now providing us with hundreds
of feeds from all over the world. We're monitoring them for any and all anomalies. So
far, we've discovered three potentially relevant operations in North Korea, Eastern
Europe, and the Asian Peninsula. (See included files.)

We will continue to log other anomalistic streams and post them here for
further review. If any N.B.E.'s are discovered, you will be contacted immediately on the
emergency channel.

P.S. The other hackers and myself would like to file a formal complaint against security
protocol 99-J4XY. We often work late into the night and pizza and Chinese food keep us
going, not to mention Starbucks. We would like you to rescind said protocol as soon as
possible. Jeremy is going into withdrawals.
